Drink Rooibos Tea by Itself or Add to Juice or Enhance Recipes

Drink it hot or cold, with or without milk, sugar or honey. Add lemon or mix it with fruit juices for a refreshing blend. Use natural Rooibos or Honeybush in your cooking and baking. It replaces the liquid content in recipes for soups, marinades, sauces, oatmeal, stews and cakes for added flavor and nutrition.

Breads - When baking your favorite bread recipe, add prepared Rooibos tea instead of water

Pastry, Candy, Cakes and Pies - excellent flavoring and coloring agent.

Soups, Stews, and Sauces can also be flavored and color enhanced by prepared Rooibos and Honeybush.

Meat – Rooibos is a natural meat tenderizer

Drinks and juices - concentrated Rooibos or Honeybush can be added to may fruit juices; add to packaged drinks (such as hot chocolate mix for extra nourishment!  (Of course, you can avoid calories by drinking Baby Teas’ Chocolate Cup!)
