Chamomile
Chamomile contains terpenic derivatives,

contains phenolic derivatives, which have an antiseptic and healing
quality, which relieves congestion and softens the skin. Because of these

and is particularly helpful when applied topically to sensitive areas such
as around the eyes (use a cotton swab). It is an excellent, gentle
